HI

I upgrade my OrionNPM 8.5.0 to 9.0 SP1. After the upgrade my users detected an issue in all the charts.

I guess the problem is a buffer overflow because the first line of the error (when I set a custom period of time) talk about a datetime value out of range

Attach an image of the issue.

It's not a buffer overflow in the "security problem" sense, but it does look like we are trying to query the database using a date format it isn't expecting. I'm guessing we're either sending it month/day/year when it expects day/month/year or vice versa.

Tim is correct.  We're not handling the date/time formatting properly in the string for this chart.  Please open a support ticket(if you haven't already) describing the problem and referencing this post.  That will get it into our tracking system.

Any update on this, I'm having the same issue when ever I try to click on a chart:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime

Thanks

You need to upgrade to SP3 to resolve that error

Try re-running the configuration wizard.  That fixes the problem for a lot of people.
