Created it, but it doesn't show up in the list. Try to create it again, it says a job with the same name exists. Ideas?

What happens if you restart the Cirrus console?   Also, you might check under Control Panel > Scheduled Tasks to see if there really are duplicate jobs.

About half are in Cirrus, all of the ones I expect are in the Scheduled Task view. One of the engineers was deleting some of the old jobs out, not sure why this would cause this issue. Should I delete the old jobs from the scheduled tasks?

Yes, I would go ahead and delete the old jobs from the scheduled tasks.   I'm still not sure what caused the issue.  If this continues to give you problems, please go ahead and open a support ticket on this one and we'll try to reproduce.   It would be helpful if you could find out how the engineer was deleting the jobs and which jobs were deleted.

I have the same problem with every one of my jobs.

I've ended up deleting all of my scheduled tasks from Windows task scheduler, and tried to create them all again.  Cirrus 4.0.1 created the scheduled tasks, they run, but none of them actually show up in the Cirrus console, just the scheduled tasks - which are all unusually disabled.

I'm not sure this is an isolated incident, but maybe things will work better next month.

Cheers,

JP

Please open a support ticket on this if you haven't already.  This doesn't appear to be an isolated incident so we'll want to investigate this further.

The backup, repair install, and reboot seemed to fix the issue. I do have NPM installed on this system too... when we upgrade to v5 that go to a separate server.

Agreed.  When some of the NCM v5 kinks are worked out (Integration & patching) I'm hoping that an upgrade will fix this bug.

Chris, this is still happening in v5 SP2.  If there are more reports of this I will open a support ticket to help fix the bug.
