Building a low end NOC
Reply
We use Orion now up to V9.0 SP2. We have written a basic .vbs app to split the screen on a 60 inch plasma we use for a NOC where us engineer types sit. I would like it to change, so we wrote another that rotates through the various screen. It is a very crude solution, to say the least. I would like to freshen the look up a little, and make it look a bit more professional. Does anybody have so thoughts that might lead me down another path as far as screen displaying goes? We monitor more than just Orion, all modules are web based. I thought about using "spaces" and an OS X box, but I have not found a way to script the screen changes, which are just a "command + "screen number"" but when I apple-script it, or use automator it does not work. TIA, Stephen
