Hello; After installing NPM and several plug-ins, I cannot park my licenses with the latest License Manager.. I get a "cannot communicate over port 80 or there is a connectivity problem.....contact support if this continues.." I can surf the web just fine from the server and IPMonitor parked it's license just fine. Also, I opened up all IP outbound on our firewall and still see the problem. Any tips? I want to park my licenses.. Thanks! NM

Does your network require a proxy server to connect to the Internet?

We upgraded our customer portal last week and are having a few problems with manual license resets. We're working on this right now and should have it fixed very soon. In the meantime, if you would like to call customer service at SolarWinds we can help you. I'll post back here as soon as we have the reset feature fixed on the portal.

The license reset service is back up and operating correctly again. Please let customer service know if you continue to have problems resetting or parking licenses.

Yes, mine does Chris.

Will you be updating this app to work with a proxy autoconfig script?
