Have anybody had the same problem?
I've tryed to install SP2 twice, with all Solarwinds services stopped, but it has not changed anything. I've have an SLX installation with an extra polling engine.

Every time i try to start a network discovery, it just "hangs" and nothing happends.

Here is the reply fra Solarwinds support. The workaround works!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The issue you are experiencing appears related to a bug with the web-based network discovery which has already been reported to the development team.

As a test, can you please run the NetPerfMonDiscovery.exe utility in :

C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\

This utility is similar to the previous discovery utility from Orion 9.1.

Are you starting the discovery on the main or additional poller? Could you open a support case for this issue and attach the diagnostics created at the moment when the discovery hangs? Thanks.

I've submitted a ticket on this.

No matter how i start a discovery the result is the same. From the web or via the primary polling engine or the secondary polling engine, it just hangs instandly.

OK, so, were you able to run it that way?

I have the same issue with my SLX. Tac gave me the same advice but mine failed after discovering the devices, it hung on connecting to the polling engine for Import. I have a couple other issues with SP2, like the CPU utilization now disappeared on every screen on every poller, so I am still working my case.
