Is it possible to filter the All Applications list in APM using the current value of a custom poller assigned to a node?

For example, would I be able to use CustomPollerStatus.Status ="XXX" as a filter?

That's a great question.  Could someone please answer this?

Hi Freeman--

You should definitely be able to do this--there's not inherent limitation that would prevent you.

Thank you Marie, but can you suggest the filter syntax that will do this? What variable will correctly designate the custom poller?

Hi Freemen--

I checked with our brilliant developer, Karlo and here are his suggestions:

NOTE: This is an advanced feature and you will be manipulating your database. Loss of data could occur.

Phew, glad that disclaimer's done.

The SQL statement would look something like this:

select * from APM_Application

WHERE NodeID IN (

select NodeID from CustomPollerAssignment where CustomPollerAssignmentID IN (

select CustomPollerAssignmentID from CustomPollerStatus where [Status] = NULL))

Let me know if this works for you--

Marie
