Orion 8.1: Hotfix 2 - Foundry discovery, Extreme XOS discovery, adding IP addresses ending 00

Hotfix 2 resolves 3 issues:
* Fixes issues with retrieving resource information, including
  interfaces, from Extreme Networks ExtremeXOS devices

* Fixes issues with retrieving resource lists, including interfaces,
  from Foundry devices

* Fixes an issue with adding devices containing consecutive zeros
  in their IP addresses.

This hotfix is included in hotfix 3. To install this hotfix, see Orion8.1Hotfix3.

This hotfix requires Orion version 8.1.

To install this hotfix, complete the following procedure:

1. Stop System Manager.

 2. Locate the directory where orionnetperfmon.exe was installed, by default this is C:\Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion.

 3. Rename the existing orionnetperfmon.exe to orionnetperfmon.exe.old.

 4. Extract the orionnetperfmon.exe file from this zip file to the same location as the renamed existing file.

 5. Start System Manager, and then add the previously failing devices.
