    Solarwinds going HAYWIRE!!!

HELP! My Solarwinds is going haywire. It was not providing us with any alerts on any of our downed nodes so I went in and the alert config had not changed, so I deleted the alert I had created and added it again. Now it has gone completely nuts, it wont stop sending me alerts on all my nodes. I have tried to config exactly as my previous one but the alerts just keep coming. The only thing I could think of doing is deleting the alert I created but it is still sending me false alerts. Can  anyone help?!?!? I have called SW support but after being placed on hold for 30 min, I finally left a message and nobody has called me back.
