End Point Analysis - Any advice

We have been trying to use the CISCO NAC appliance and have come up against many

issues with this end point analysis solution.

We are considering a new solution and i just wondered if anyone had any experience

    in this field?

We are looking for end point analysis to check for viruses/patches etc but also a product

that can dynamically allocated a user into a certain vlan dependend upon their credentials?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Sam

I don't have any experience with this myself yet, but I saw this article a couple weeks ago and bookmarked it in case we need it in the future. The first part of the story is about someone who couldn't get Cisco Clean Access to work.

The first company they talk about, Consentry, can do the user segmentation in an appliance as well as the switches they talk about in the article.
