This tool is a must have!  I keep it handy, installed on my Quick Launch toolbar so I can use it whenever I need it.  We all learn how to subnet, but when the time comes nobody wants to break out paper and pencil!  This tool does it much faster and more accurate than I can.  It should be a part of every networker's tool kit.
