This year I made a career change from the Dutch Army to Mars inc.
In both organisations my main task is project management.
The first project I received with my current employer was implementing a Monitoring, Reporting and Alerting tool.

As I am not the most technical guy I searched the Internet and have read some documentation.
Solarwinds was one that popped up frequently so I installed a trial version.
Despite the fact I am not a technical guy Solarwinds was extremely easy to install and use.
Support was during the test phase good and on the forum all my questions where answered.

We use Solarwinds Orion 8.5.1 SLX  with 874 Nodes (Devices) and 2345 interfaces (Still expanding).
We are considering buying the engineers toolset and the application monitoring tool.

I recommend it to anyone who asks.
