Using a Seed File to import many nodes.

I have been trying to import a large list of IP address into Solarwinds Orion using the Discovery tool. I receive no errors but the tool never finds any of my nodes. Here is an example of my seed file with the IP address removed for space concerns.   See Attached.

There must be no lines in between Nodes and the IP - verify this.

There are no lines. Goes from nodes and directly under is the list of IP addresses.

Verify that you have indents for everything.  It should look something like this.

    Settings

    Auto Select Subnets = false

Auto Select Subnet Size = 17

    PING Timeout = 2000

    Max Concurrent PINGs = 350

    Inter PING Delay = 100

PINGs Per IP Address = 2

    SNMP Timeout = 1500

    SNMP Retries = 2

    Max Concurrent SNMP = 350

    SNMP Restarts = 3

    SNMP Restart Delay = 10000

    Max Concurrent DNS = 400

    Community Strings

                    topsecret

    Seed Routers

    subnets

    Nodes

                    172.16.3.147

                    172.16.3.233

Re: Using a Seed File to import many nodes.

Do you know if Orion V9 Sp1 is having known problems with the seed files?  I'm trying to bring devices in Via IP address. I followed the same format and I'm running into problems. When I get to the import tab and click next I only get a flash on the screen that looks like the nodes I'm trying to add but it only flashes on the screen and then disappears.  The SNMP information get imported but I can't see any nodes?

    Thanks
