    I am having issues installing the repository on our SQL server and getting this error.

    07/12/2007 10:43:02 (2832): SQLBindParameter
    HY004:1:0:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Invalid SQL data type
    07/12/2007 10:43:02 (2832): LANsurveyor was unable to get a table count

    I have no idea why this is happening.

    SQL version 2000 version 8

    using account with admin priv.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I recommend opening a case with support at https://forms.netsuite.com/app/site/crm/externalcasepage.nl?compid=638609&formid=12&h=3d0552f20b2e9bd6580b.  They should be able to help troubleshoot and isolate the issue.

    I got the same error with an SQL Express 2005. Now it works. In order to get this result, I have desinstalled SQL Server Express 2005 and all components then I rebooted (maybe not necessary but it's Windows :) ) and finally I delete manually SQL Server directory in C:\Program Files.

    As far as I'm concerned and after watching some logs file, it seemed that some files remaining crashed the installation.
