Is it possible to monitor windows services with Toolset?

I am new to the Solarwinds group.  Right now we have the Engineer's Toolkit 9.2.  Can it be setup to monitor windows services (i.e. RPC service) using snmp and this toolkit?  I would like to get an alert if a critical service goes down on a server.

     Thanks for the Help

You can "list" the processes running on a server using the tools in the Solarwinds Toolset, such as "Mib Walk" but there is no way of being alerted to a process/service going down. Application Monitor functionality is not possible with "Network Performance Monitor" included in the Solarwinds Toolset. You might want to consider looking at Orion.
