I like the idea that the launchpad starts when I log in but I don't like it being full screen when it launches. Can you have it where it will load up on startup but just have the icon load in the system tray only? That way if I need it I just right click on it and launch it. Furthermore it would be nice to be able to right-click on the icon in the system tray and have a menu list of the applications to select from.BB
