DB not purging

    Currently we monitor about 3000 wireless devices. I started to notice an issue when our data base size was growing large. Using the data base manager I found that the wireless client stats is using 18 GB , wireless session 7.8 GB and wireless interface stats 4.2 GB.  I have my data retention set to 4 days. I have checked the table and I have many entries’s there are 5 to 7 months old. Why is it not purging this data?  
    One Orion SLX Main Poller
    Three Additional Pollers
    One Additional Web server
    One Cirrus 4.0 DLX
    24000 Elements
    Netflow 2750 interfaces

    We had some issues with wireless doing something like you describe, but those issues were fixed in older versions.  This is a new issue.  I'd suggest you open up a ticket with Support.

    Looks like all the data that was added before the update never left. We purged all data older than 4 days and are sitting good.
