Great tool for Beginner Network Engineers

I have been in the networking industry for only a short time (little more then a year). I have used SolarWinds Orion for the past couple months quite extensively.  The product has helped me as a beginner and a trainee by showing me statistics on problem areas and giving me the tools to understand and troubleshoot the problem at hand. I have been training with my superior as an administrator for the Orion product. I find the product very intuitive and easy to learn even for the novice network engineer. The customization that Orion allows makes it the perfect product for any network administrator to implement in order to create custom views, reports, or menus to suit the needs of his/her customers. The benefit that Orion brings to the networking community is in its easy of use, and ability to customize.
