    Problems with Bandwidth Gauge V9.2

    Dear Support,

We are having problems with Bandwidth Gauge V9.2, it´s not showing the correct bandwidth use on the interface. We are comparing with our Orion Server.

It was working fine with V9.1, what happened?

You can try installing the attached file and see if it resolves the issue for you?

Backup both the BandwidthGauge.dll and Bandwidth-Gauges.exe from your Toolset Folder.  After these are backed up, extract the contents of the attached zip into the folder.

Run this new version as a test only to see if this yields correct values.  You may see a message that a control isn't licensed, just ignore that and attempt to use the gauges.

We are in the works of providing an offical release to correct this issue.  As Mark indicated, we've create a fix that has not gone through a full quality assurance testing cycle, so it is for testing only.

I put the test on my system and now it shows that my T1 (1.54) is sending at (1.85).

I was having all kinds of issues too since I upgraded.  Wrong numbers being reports...gauges not updating, etc.  This new .exe and .dll seem to have fixed it, other than the license error thing.

Re: Problems with Bandwidth Gauge V9.2

Disregard.  After speaking with AT&T HiCap engineers, it was determined the "problem" was on their end and not with the Toolset gauges.

I am running 9.2.0.1 (so I believe it was SP'd correctly), but I'm seeing instances where the bandwidth gauges report transmission of 5.05 Mbps on our 4.5Mbps circuit.  AT&T has been difficult to get an answer from, so I thought I'd ask here if this is a problem with the gauges, or if this variance is normal for AT&T MIS service (if anyone is familiar with that).
