    Save as Visio - error

    When I'm saving LANsurveyor 10.0 schema as Visio document I receive an error:

    "Internal Visio error: couldn't get a reference to the active document. Please contact SolarWinds".

    I have Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 SR-1 Russian installed. Should I install never MS Visio version or is there another way to eliminate the problem? Thank you.

    Welcome to Thwack!  I am not familiar with the error you are seeing; however, LANsurveyor version 10 was not tested on Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 SR-1 Russian version.   My initial  thoughts are that the issue is with the Russian version.  I recommend either installing the Visio Professional 2002 English version or upgrading to a newer Visio release.
