It was scheduled to be fixed in a future release. I'll have to verify which one.
I have the 5.0 beta and it still doesn't work
Can anyone confirm whether or not this will be fixed in 5.0 because it's still not working in the latest Beta.
Can you post your session trace? Also, what type of Nortel switch is it? You may have to make some tweaks to your device command template to make this work. We're in the process of updating our OOTB Nortel templates, but those weren't included in the beta build.
It's nortel ERS 5520 and 5510 series switches.

I've sent packet captures previously as well via the open case.
This has been resolved in v5 after replacing some dll files. Thanks to the developers that helped on this.
Was there any resolution to this? I'm getting similiar issues with our ServerTech Power Towers (remote control PDUs). It works fine in Telnet (was able to edit the Device Command Template) , but not in SSH. I get connection refused.
We believe we've resolved many of the SSH connectivity issues in 5.1, which is currently in QA. Please open a support ticket on this one so we can verify that the fix that worked for others also works for your case.
