    Feature "add to map"

     Hi guys,

Something that sound strange when I use the "add to map" feature: I first make a scan and have my map. I use discovery without AD authentication. Then I use "add to map" in order to add AD authentication, click "start discovery" and then nothing, my map stay unchanged and AD controllers are not added. I have click on rescan in case of but nothing happen except having the same map. I also save my config and same result.

When I check AD authentication on my first discovery, AD controllers are detected.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Arcastor

    Re: Feature "add to map"

     Hi Arcastor,

"Add to Map" isn't meant to update existing map nodes. It is meant to add new nodes (via new subnet ranges) to a map.

So, what you did is correct: build a new map with all the desired discovery parameters (including, in this case, the AD authentication).
