     Is it possible to add user defined fields in IP Address Management database?

     Meenakshi - It is possible to add fields to the IPAM database, but there is currently no way to display those added fields in the application.  We are looking to possibly add this functionality in a future release.

     Is it possible to open the IP Address Management file with another program say Microsoft Access?  The extension is .IPDB?

     Ben - It is an Access database, so you can open it with Access.
