95 percentile rule applied to Advanced Alert rules

I realize that this might not be valuable to all your customers - but for everyone monitoring Signal Noise Ratio on Wireless links, Cable plants etc.. it will be a real winner.

We have advanced alert set to trigger after the Signal Noise Ratio stays below a value for x minuttes or hours - the problem with Signal Noise Ratio measuremet is that they are often very unstable - say we configure an alert to go of if the SNR value is below 25 db for 1 hour - during that hour a small peak in SNR occurs at 25.1 db - this will reset the alert timer even though the avarage value might be closer to 15db.

I was think that if the 95 percentile rule was applied to the data these kind of spikes would be ignored. I hope you'll look into it.
