I get this email constantly. All I'm doing is replying tho the email sent to my by support on my tickets. Why do I constantly get this emailed to me??

I just tested this myself,,,What you need to do is reply by clicking on the URL link to reply directly to the ticket- and disregard the "or reply to this email". For some reason after 4 responses it goes to support@solarwinds.net which is not a monitored address, hence the bounces. We'll need to get that changed.

Looking into this now. Netsuite recently service packed so this might have caused this. You are the first to report as of yet. Stay tuned....
Mark...I don't see any link in the emails that I get from support...especially ones to go online and update the case. Is that something new? I can send you the emails I got to show you what I mean. Just let me know where to send them.BB
