    Adding a New Monitor

    I have a HTTP site running, and I would like to watch that. Any time if it goes down then I would like to get an e-mail. I tried adding, but every time I am adding it gives me a an error. Error is "Access rights are insufficient; http: 403"

    Which HTTP monitor type are you adding?   HTTP or HTTPS?
