    APC Smart-UPS

    We have numerous APC SMART-UPS from 1500 through 7500 all with SNMP Management Cards.  Configuration of each UPS is awkward and very time consuming.  Am trying to use Cirrus to download the Config Files as we do with our Cisco Devices - is this supported?

    We are using CM Version 4.0.1

    If your APC SMART-UPS devices provide a CLI that can be accessed via Telnet or SSH, then possibly.  There is a technical reference here that describes how to extend Cirrus device support: http://thwack.com/forums/t/7493.aspx

     It appears that APC Network Management Cards will only allow you to download the config.ini via FTP and Cirrus CM only supports TELNET/TFTP

     Can you configure CM to use FTP?
