If you look in the SolarWinds Event Log, do you see a error message like this: "A license check failed. License does not match install type."?

     If so,  try this:

    1.       Delete the file C:\Program Files\Solarwinds\Orion\apm\Package.dat
    2.       Rerun the APM installer.

I could not see a license check, but my event log overwrites...I tried what you suggested...deleted the package.dat and did a repair...same errors coming up in the log...

Weird.  From that message, it looks like the APM 1.0 alerts didn't get upgraded.  This happens in the config wizard which I'm assuming ran since you said you reinstalled.

Are there other symptoms other than the error in the event log?  Do alerts work?

You probably need to open a support ticket so that they can grab diagnostics.

Yes, the alerts look like they are working...hmmm...guess it's time to open a ticket...
