Netflow Service Stopping

Hi there,

All of a sudden today the netflow service will not start. When it starts, it stops and leaves the below error:

Event Type:    Error
Event Source:    NetFlowService
Event Category:    None
Event ID:    0
Date:        30/06/2009
Time:        2:11:16 PM
User:        N/A
Computer:    ***********
Description:
Critical error in NetFlow listener: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

I am running Netflow 3.1.0.0, I have just installed the last service pack for .net framework 3.5 and still not working.

My next step is to upgrade the 2005 SQL box to SP3...

But why all of a sudden has this started happening?

Any ideas?

Hey There,

i was given a file from solarwinds support to replace the SolarWinds.Orion.NetFlow.dll

Its now working great!

Hi,

Further information from this error should be available in the \Program Files\SolarWinds\Orion\NetFlowTrafficAnalysis\swdebug.log.x files

Feel free to share the latest swdebug.log file in the thread so that anyone can help troubleshooting this.
