This hotfix does not appear to address CSS references in HTML. In an SSL-viewable Orion (only), HTML source has the following:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href= "http://netmon.ruan.com/Events.css ">If an Orion front-end is only accessable via HTTPS (or some other non-port 80 port), then the Link Rel commands in the source are incorrect. My Orion is SSL-accessible, only. My clients cannot access the .css files for formatting via http.
