How to suppress application alerts if node is rebooted

If a server is rebooted during the middle of the night I do not want to get notified that the application is down. I know I can suppress the alert if the node is down but how do you suppress when a node is rebooted?

bump up the time at the bottom of the Trigger Conditions tab.  For Example:   if your server takes two minutes to reboot, set the alert to trigger after three minutes.  That way when you get an alert you will really know its down.

I have mine configured to not Alert if the Node Status is equal to Down. I have this set under Alert Suppression, you will of course need to do this on Advanced Alerts.
