After upgrading to Toolset v9, I am not able to run "IP Address Management". The error I get is "Unexpected error; quitting". I have already contacted SolarWinds support and tried as they suggested to reinstall. Reinstall didn't work. Also did a complete uninstall (registry, folders) and reinstalled v9. Still same issue. As a test, I installed it on another box and was able to run the "IP Address Management Tool". SolarWinds support has abandoned the case since it works fine on another box.
Any suggestions as to what might be the issue?

What are the differences between the two boxes, if any?
