I'm starting to see these error message son Orion.  "Error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." occurred during polling VoIP Call Path XXX".  What does this mean?

Can you please send us the diagnostics file?  This should help development isolate the issue.  Please also answer the questions below.

  1. Have you added any additional sites lately or reconfigured your call path setup?
  2. What is value reported under Settings > Network Test Interval?
  3. How many VoIP sites are you managing?
  4. What call path configuration is specified (i.e. Fully Meshed, Hub and Spoke, or Custom)

I figured it out.  One of the nodes was deleted so I guess VoIP Monitor got confused.  I had to go thru the admin page and delete the node from the site and readd it.

Thanks for the update.  I provided the error and details to development so they can try to duplicate the issue and provide a more meaningful error message.
