Last Response keeps going back to Never

We upgraded from version 8 to 9 and the "Last Response" keeps going back to Never.

As an example. In version 8 if I have an address that has not responded in 80 days the last response would say 80 days. In version 9 as soon as an address is no longer Pingable the Last Response goes to Never.

I do not see an option anywhere to have the Last Response time incrementing like it did previously

We backed up the database before we did any changes. Then we uninstalled version 8 and installed version 9. The above issues happened. We also have a clean install on other machines where we just copied the DB over. Same issue as above. We uninstalled version 9, installed version 8 and opened the DB. All was right with the world. Then we did an in place upgrade of 8 to 9 (supposed to have no data loss) open the database and it looks correct UNTIL the tool is run. This is when the Last Response goes back to Never.....

    ugh! Please help.

The latest update v9.2, released on 12/10/2007, fixes this issue.  I have had the same problem since the upgrade to v9 and was hoping it would have been fixed with v9.1 but I am happy to report that v9.2 has done the trick.

    jsimpson,

You mention "Last Response" is this something pre-defined in Orion?  If so could you point me to it.  Its sounds like what I'm after.

I want to add something to the Node Details page which basically tells me the last time a node responded.

If this is what you've got and you set it up yourself, would you mind assisting me to getting it setup on my system.

     Regards Stuart
