Problem with iLO and actual server interfaces

Some of the servers that have the HP iLO support, seem to only have their true server IP address disappear. As though the original IP address was not discovered.

For example a servers NIC will have an IP address of 10.2.2.5

The iLO port for that server will be 10.2.2.101 and added manually to DNS with an alternative name.

After the discovery, no trace of the 10.2.2.5 or true server name, and only the iLO is show and recorded.

    Any ideas?

Please open a support ticket on this one and attach the LANsurveyor log.txt file and the IP addresses with one or more the iLO-enabled servers.

From my conversation with dev, it's likely that there are multiple IP addresses on a single device, but no evidence (discovery-wise) that these are all associated with the same device.
