I opened a ticket with Solarwinds, but they don't seem to respond.

Case #40225 - "Upgrading to Version 9.2"
I am currenlty licensed for Engineers Toolset.The download area mentions:Standard Tool Set ver. 9.2.Is that the file I use to upgrade my Engineers edition ?Thanks,Tom
Tom,No, that's not right. You don't want to upgrade your Engineer's Toolset with a Standard Toolset.
If when you login to the customer portal you don't see a download for the 9.2 Engineer's Toolset, you need to contact SolarWinds Customer Service to get this resolved.
