I must say I am impressed with Orion Version 9 and the funtionality, but the trouble that I run into with being able to add devices through the Admin web page is that I still have to go to the server to set all of my custom properties. I guess I can create my own ASP page for now, but I would love to see this in a future release so that we do not have to go to the server. My Orion infrastructure is setup so that Custom properties are assigned to every device to allow or disallow people to see particular devices. This feature is crucial, I am sure would make everyone's life easier, and it is not a hard thing to do....
You will need to create a custom property via the Custom Property Editor, you can definitely set and modify custom properties via the web.
I did get this working but I had to delete the custom properties from the account limitation builder and add them back in to get them to show up on the web site. Is this normal or is this a bug?
