"Proper" way to install EOC as SSL?

I thought this would be a no-brainer. I am trying to install EOC as a SSL web site. I installed the application w/o incident and then generated a new CERT for the EOC web site and changed it's port to 4433 (since Orion is using 443). I can log into it ok.

The problem I am seeing is that the Menu bars are all defaulting to http: instead of https:.
I tried to edit them but the URL is locked and won't let me change the text.

Another thing - is EOC going to support pass-through authentication. I can log in as a domain user but like Orion would like not to have to log in if I have an account in EOC.

If I run the EOC configuration manager again and set the port as 8001 it wipes out my SSL port and I have to reapply the CERT to get it working again.

This is EOC installed on the same server as Orion 9 SP1.

This looks like a bug in EOC.  Can you open a support ticket so that we can track it and you can be notified when it gets fixed.

For pass-through authentication, if you are on the same domain then you should be logged in automatically.  If you are on a separate domain then you will be prompted to log in with your credentials.  If you are on the same domain and you are still being prompted, then make sure that you add the address to the "Local Intranet" group under Internet Explorer's security options.
