Feature Request - refresh rates

I would like to request a feature enhancement:   I need to be able to set refresh rates differently for distinct users.  I have network operations that need a very high refresh rate as they are monitoring it.  I then have engineering groups that "quasi-monitor" the maps, but these guys don't need the high rate of netops, say every 5 minutes to lighten load on the Orion system.

I would also request the ability to set different refresh rates for the different sections (i.e. reporting - no refresh, maps every 1 minute, etc.  <--this on a per user basis is ideal).

This would all help prevent wasted cycles on the system, and keep the environment efficient.
