PROBLEM WHIT THE WEB INTERFACE OF NETFLOW

    Hello:

After having completed the upgrade of solarwinds to version 8.5 installed modules that need, including Netflow traffic analyser.Whit this module at the time of installation everything was fine, in fact I saw some readings, the following day, the website Netflow not recorded anything in netflow interfaces details. The traffic within the cache on the router if it is, the only problem that I see is that the data are in the BD not traslate the website block netflow. The problem is my database or module netflow?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Sorry, can you explain a bit more?  Maybe some screenshots would help.

    1. Here is a screen.

The data within the database exist, but are not reflected in the console's web module netflow

Are you using NTA 2.2?  Older versions of NTA are not compatible with Orion 8.5.

The version of solarwinds this screen is 8.1 and the version of NTA is 2.1 .. But the problem is the same whether the updated version 8.5 of solarwins and install NTA 2.2.
The version I use sql is 2005.

Is as if the data flow are being stored in my server?

I have seen similar issues when the database server and the web server are in different time zones.  If this is the case, be sure to reboot the server after changing the time zone.

Also, there was a recent Windows Update regarding DST; I don't know if it applies to you (noticed you're using a non-English locale), but it could cause this.

You may be better off opening a ticket so that we can collect more data from your system.

Re: PROBLEM WHIT THE WEB INTERFACE OF NETFLOW

I have checked and there is no Windows Update you say. I do not know the reason for this, as the previous database (which was sql 2000 sp1) was installed by another manager. I do not know if it was referring to and the time zones of the two servers are the same.

I still think that the problem is not so much in the storage of information in my database, but when it comes to projecting the information to my Web interface. And the problem only presented in the netflow  module.
    Try again what you say.
