    I have been a systems engineer for over 10 yrs. My current company was using a off brand network monitor tool.
    So When I got hired on. I made the switch to the network monitoring tools that solar winds offers. We get page on all are
    devices and alerts via sms and email to help keep my network up and running smooth.

     I am a Network Engineer working for the DoD. We started using Orion NetPerfMon and Cirrus about year ago. I can not say enough about this product. You can get as much information from these two products as you desire. Below are some of the features I like to use with these products.

        Orion -

             Network device CPU performance, WAN bandwidth, Interface Errors and Discards, custom reports for anything, and the display mapping.

     
        Cirrus -

             Scheduled backup whenever a network device config changes, pushing out of configuration changes ( 1 - all devices).


    Solarwinds products are easy to use and they work. Orion and Cirrus are a must have for any network!
