I´ve just installed a brand new copy of NPM 8.5.1 in a W2003 and all it´s working fine except the web site that isn´t working at all. I´ve try what FAQ says that is use againg the configuration wizard but the web option is shadowed and there is no way to select it. I´ve tried reinstalling again but the same result.
I've open the Case #26840 on thursday but the suport team have not answer
Some one who can help me?

Hi Jorge,
do you have a website folder?? The Solarwinds website is stored at c:\Inetpub\Solarwinds.
If you don't have this folder, the website wont start. Have you tried to create the website manually?
If the folder c:\Inetpub\solarwinds exists go to IIS Manager and create a new website called Solarwinds. The ISS wizard will ask you for the location and then point to c:\Inetpub\solarwinds.
After you created the website run the configuration wizard and select the website. After the wizard is done you should be able to open the website.
By the way, Solarwinds Support replied to your case but the email didn't reach you.

Thanks for your soon answer. You where right, I didn't have the website folder, so I've created manually the folder c:\Inetpub\Solarwinds and run the wizard, but the website option still remains shadowed so the folder is empty. Do you know if there are an option for extract the website manually?

normally if you install the IIS it the folder Inetpub should have been created. I would start and uninstall IIS and restart the server. After it is up again install the IIS again. After the IIS is installed, run the configuration wizard.
If this doesn't help don't hesitate to call the Support. The number for spain would be 900 811 327.
The Inetpub folder have been created, but not the c:\Inetpub\Solarwinds, so I created the Solarwinds folder inside the Inetpub.Anyway, i've uninstall the IIS restarted the server and then reinstall de IIS as you told me but there where no luck, so I'll have to call the support, that will be hard because my English is terrible and speaking is worst.
