Active Alerts for Advanced Alerts - replace "All triggered alerts" on summary

I found the active alerts web component lacking since we moved to advanced alerts, so I created reports and added them to my main view. The problem I ran into was that the various types of alerts reference various tables, so they had to be done separately.
