this was created during APM 2.0 which had no file size monitor. It should work the same way as the one in APM 2.5. In addition, with this template, you can also have folder size monitor.

The check works only for a folder on the C drive and not for a folder on the D drive-> D:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA:

The script returned status code DOWN. Usage: wscript.exe foldersize.vbs [pathToFolder]

Has anyone got this to work? I have tried it for folders in the C Drive and that doesnt work either.

For the arguement i had - "C:\Program Files\jboss-4.0.4.GA\bin\" and it came back with folder not found when i can clearly see the folder there..

any clues??

Sorry not to reply this much quicker :)

The file/folder has to be shared in windows to make it work.

It doesn't matter on which drive it belongs to.

The UNC path should be like \\<IP>\<shared folder> or \\<IP>\<shared folder>\filename.

I have followed your instructions but I´ve got an error:

A required privilege is not held by the client

The credentials have administrator rights both (in APM server and the file server)

Any ideas?
