My Bio

I'm a systems administrator at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company.  I started in our Networking group as a CO-OP and came back to the group after being hired into our Desktop Services group.  I'm self taught and a super nerd when it comes to networking!  I'm primarily responsible for our VoIP Installation (CallManager), our Orion (NPM, NCM) installation, and may other things on our network. (Route/Switch, WANs, Radius Auth, Wireless, you name it.)  We've had NPM and NCM for a while and I'm very happy with the way it works and with the changes I've seen in the product.
