    How long untill the limit of 8 hours for alert escalation is fixed? Why do we need updates to fix stuff that an update broke? ALSO....can we get a running list of things that need to be fixed in each version? It's a real pain to have to search through the forum just to find out about a known issue...

  • SNMP trap alerts not firing after changes

    I'm editing SNMP trap server settings -> alerts. I took a working rule and copied settings in a new rule -> moved it to top for testing. Changed the title of email and background color left conditions same. caused trap to fire alert, and it still triggers the old alert further down the ruleset...
