    This has been resolved by our staff. Outlook Express was not installed on the server. We remove unneeded applications from our server OS builds and since it wasn't obvious that Solarwinds required DLLs from the application, we didn't think it was needed. To the Solarwinds employees on the forums...

  • Advanced Alert Conditions

    I need to trigger a threshold alert on all Serial interfaces in one trgger condition statement. Is there a wildcard character that I can use such as % or * in the condition statement. For instance - "interfacename contains Serial0%". Some way that will alert on all router serial interfaces...

  • Hot stan-by does not collect data

    Our Hot stand-by server is not collecting data when the primary poller fails. The engine starts but no data is collected. Does the hot stand- by need all the devices on it in order to collect data when the primary poller fails?
