  • 9.0.1 Switchport mapper - MAC Discovery issue

Hello, everyone. I'm having a problem with the Switch port mapper. I have two 6509s, each running sup720s. I'm trying to map out the switch with this tool, but it seems to halt solid after less than 60 mac addresses when there should be quite a bit more than that. It just hangs at fifty something...

  • Clean up this FORUM- It is like looking for a specific car in a junkyard

It would be nice if this forum was cleaned up. Create different subsets for each tool in the toolset. It would make it a lot easier to navigate. There is too much cr@p in the main topic and it makes it unusable. If Solarwinds is going to send their users here; at least, they could clean house a little...

  • What Web-enabled Tool sites do you use?

Question for Toolset users: Inquiring minds want to know: How many people use tool related websites like DomainTools.com, Network-Tools.com, or DNSstuff.com? Please vote in the poll below. There is similar functionality between these websites and a few tools in the Engineer's Toolset, and we're...

  • License window not showing up

I used the 9.1 evaluation version of the toolset for about a week and removed it to install the 8.0 edition (which I do have a license for). However, every time I run a tool it keeps asking be to either buy or continue with demo. How do I bring up the license window so I can enter my keys? Thanks!!

  • TFTP Server

I use the Solarwinds TFTP server for a long time now, and I never had the urge to look for another one. The Solarwinds TFTP server is very useful, and easy to use and it’s free. They also have nice network tools with the same solarwinds quality. Ron Matthee
