    Is there any addiotnal support for Netbotz in version 9? I had already setup custom MIBs in 8 to monitor sensors and the email I received about the upgrade made it seem their was direct support for them meaning something other that selecting custom MIBs. By direct support I was assuming it would pull...

    We are having the exact same problem. I called this morning and gave up waiting on the phone for support after 20 minutes. Opened a ticket this morning and I have yet to hear from them. I feel like we flushed $1200.00 down the drain.
