  • Execute External Program will not fire

    I am having problems getting an advanced alert to execute an external program (.bat file). When I test the alert it appears to fire but the program never executes. The program will launch if I use a basic alert, but I need the action to be delayed 20 minutes. Is anyone else having this problem or know...
