If anyone is using BMC's Service model editor I would be interested in knowing how you are working with the alias fields. I've only really defined two of them which are correlating to Node Up/Down; interface up/down. I'd be interested in correlating additional alerts into it.

Steele, Could you possibly list the apps that you have integrated with BMC? I am currently looking at purchasing the BMC SIM Suite, and your comments on Orion integration are phenomenal! Any other insight that you could give to the BMC integration would be very helpful. Thanks! Raven2
